Super happy! I called on Friday, they were able to schedule someone Saturday morning. The technician called ahead and was on time. He diagnosed the problem and found the part at a store that opened on Monday, but told me he would check a few smaller places that don’t have online inventories and call later. He was actually able to find the part and came back that same afternoon to do the installation. The part was pricey but still half the cost of a basic replacement unit.
